Paul Reynolds - CEO

Born in 1949 and raised in the Southern suburbs of Cape Town, Paul has an intimate knowledge of the Western Cape property market. Paul has an MBA from UCT and has had a phenomenally successful business career. He now runs the Durr Holdings (Pty) Ltd, ensuring that the group runs smoothly and that all our agents provide excellent service to our customers.














Julian Reynolds - Director

Julian Reynolds studied business science at the University of Cape Town. He then went on to work as a project manager on several large residential development projects. In 2006 he and a partner founded a development company Rengro Projects. Rengro assembled several successful beachfront residential developments in Kwazulu Natal. Julian recently bought a controlling stake in Durr Holdings (Pty) Ltd, the custodian of the Durr Estates estate agency brand.  
 













Wendy Clarke -  Chairperson

Wendy has dedicated most of her working life to the Durr Estates brand and has concentrated on the West Coast area for several years. Wendy is ideally suited to the position of chairperson because she has a great understanding of the property industry and is very skilful at maintaining good relationships.
